Serious crackdown on smugglers necessary: market sources

“Police and responsible agencies should tackle seriously mobile set smuggling since 95% of the mobile market is supplied by smugglers,” Keyvan Moghimi told Mobna news agency.
“In order to bring some order to the current mobile market, the government should cut mobile import tariff as its first priority since the current 25% tariff has caused some problem to authorized importers,” he said.
“The ultimate losers in mobile set smuggling are authorized importers and mobile set users,” he added.
