Mobile network’s current problems due to operators’ lack of expertise

“Third operator’s foreign investor should first be an accomplished operator rather than knowledgeable in technical matters, and that is why our mobile networks have not been as successful as had been expected,” Sadegh Gouyandeh told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
The last stage of Third Operator tender has been carried out and the winner is to be announced in a few days time.
The operator is required to draw 17 million subscribers over a 15-year period.
