Roamers lost sim cards to be connected in 20 days

If roamers mobile set is lost when they are in abroad they can inform one of their close relative in Iran to refer to MCI telecommunication service bureau, so that prohibit lost sim card abuse.
Also roamers should pay attention that as soon as they dial 0098 roaming fee will be accounted. Even if this call is without answer or is hearing network message or dialing is not complete, roaming fee will be accounted.  
MCI has roaming contracts with 238 operators in 105 countries.
