MCI launches mms service in Tehran and 10 cities

Mms service has been launched as of Thursday December 25 in Tehran, Mashhad, Shiraz, Semnan, Ardebil, Qazvin, Zanjan, Hamedan, Gorgan, Rasht, and Sanandaj cities.
The subscribers who want to use mms service should refer to MCI telecommunication services bureaus and fill the commitment paper. So they can active their service in those bureaus.
Currently 2,500 MCI service bureaus are ready to activate this service online for postpaid (091) and semi postpaid (0910) sim cards free of charge.
In near future this service will be offered to MCI prepaid sim cards too.  
The subscribers, who have not activated their GPRS (mobile internet) service, can activate the service by filling up a commitment form in MCI bureaus.
 By using mms service MCI users can send 50 and 100 kilobyte packages containing text, voice and image. The fee to send is 500 rials per per 50 kilobyte package and for 1000 rials per 100 kilobyte package.
