Deadline to provide tender packages extended for a week: tender manager

“The deadline to provide tender packages has been pushed forward until December 13,” Saeed Mahdiun said.
“A conference was held in Kish Island with participating selected companies in order to study the third mobile phone operator license agreement details,” he said.
“A topic was debated in this conference was time restrictions because of simultaneity of providing packages with this year Hajj pilgrimage regarding that four operators introduced by companies are from Muslim countries,” he added.
“Another companies request for more study was mobile phone number portability right. Also Radio communication and Regulation Organization (RCRO) had announced that this issue is in its agenda,” he added.
“Companies requested seriously that time allocated to provide tender packages to be postponed after Hajj pilgrimage days and it was approved,” Mahdiun added.
“RCRO has also defined another project regarding which if approved will allow mobile phone users can use different networks without changing their number,” Mahdiun said.
