No change in 3rd operator license terms: tender manager

“Currently because of opening and providing packages, tender documents will not change,” Saeed Mahdiun told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).

However telecommunication ministers deputy had earlier said that if some terms of third mobile phone operator license is facing trouble, the terms will change.
Third operator should attract 15 million data and voice subscribers in 15 years.
Semi state owned and state owned companies can not be third operator shareholders.
