۳rd operator tender welcomed more than expectations: tender manager

“Out of 15 companies which have bought tender documents nine companies provided their documents which show that the participants have welcomed the tender,” Saeed Mahdiun told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
He compared third operator tender with second operator tender and said that in the second operator tender out of 42 companies which had bought documents only eight companies provided them.
“Third operator tender document buyers have recognized this fact that third operator tender has proper economic situation,” he added.
Last week the names of companies eligible to take part in Third Operator tender have been announced by Radio Communication and Regulations Organization.
Nine companies received documents have been studied by technical committee and after presenting in tender commission they entered to next step. 
Razavi Information Technology, Consortium of Taemin and Etisalat companies, Consortium of Moaj Technology companies, Saba Investments and Indocell companies, Consortium of IRIB Retirement Fund, Teachers’ Fund and Zain Co., Consortium of Iran Investments and Pars Iratel, Consortium of Iran Telecommunication Manufacturing and Modabber companies, and Consortium of Mobin Iran and OmanTel companies.
The abovementioned participants have been referred to the next stage of tender after their tender documents had been reviewed by the committee concerned.
