No law against mobile set retailers` union formation: Guild council deputy

“Formation of an independent union of mobile set retailers is conducted under the Guilds Act and the idea is not far-fetched,” Jalal-Addin Mohammad Shokrieh told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
A Gilan province guilds council director said such a union is under electricians union in the province.
He said formation of a mobile set retailers union in Tehran requires 300, in provincial centers 100 and in other cities 50 units which hold guild license.
He said such units in the country do not have the required number of license, and suggested they should first apply for the license.
