ICT minister’s impeachment certain

“It is not true that the deputies are no longer pursuing the impeachment of the ICT minister,” the chairman of the parliaments social commission, Soleiman Jaefar-Zadeh was quoted as saying by local the press.
“Parliament speaker (Ali Larijani) is intent on resolving the issue, and for that reason has weekly meetings with the MPs who seek impeachment,” the MP for north western town of Makou and Chaldoran added.
Subjects such as low internet penetration rate, frequent cutoffs, connection restrictions and the present state of mobile phone network are among issues stated in the impeachment request.
