Third operator sim cards code is not determined

“Determining third operator sim cards code is up to Radio Communication and Regulation Organization that will do the task in cooperation with third operator tender manager,” Kamal Mahamedpour told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
“Determining numbering for third operator is not complicated and will be determined easily,” he said.
“The determination procedure of third operator sim cards code will be like  second operators coding procedure,” he added.
Third mobile phone operator tender winner will be determined in 21 December – ۱ January period and it will start the operation as of March 2009.
Third operator should attract 17 million subscribers in 17 years.
Semi state owned and state owned companies can not be among third operator shareholders.
