MCI`s undelivered sms will not be charged: company official

“Network disorder is the reason for four percent sms which are not delivered and the others are subscribers related,” MCI network surveillance and management deputy Mohammad-hosein Fallah Asghari said.
“Delivered sms will be determined in sms centers according to their delivery report,” he said.
“SLA (service level agreement) contract has been inked with contractors to maintain Mobile Company of Iran sms centers. So lack of sms delivery will decrease,” he added.
