Mms service regulation is not allowed to be published

Although mms regulation has been decreed to second Operator Irancell but it is not planned to announce it.
“It is proposed to RCRO commission that mms regulation to be published, we hope that commission will announce its agreement next week,” Radio Communication and Regulation Organization public relation head Mohammadreza Farnaghizad told Mobna news agency.
It is planned that second operator to offer mms service as of next week.
Irancell subscribers who want to use mms service should complete applicant form in Irancell authorized agent offices and respect the contract terms, otherwise in case of violation the subscriber can be pursued according to the law.
Irancell subscriber should provide his correct address, phone number and personal information. Also he should not use fake name or pseudonym.
In case of reselling sim cards they should act according to the regulation, otherwise they are responsible in case of sim card misuse.
According to this regulation subscribers should not use mms service for commercial, political, cultural and social advertisement. Mms advertisement is available only by having a contract with Irancell.
Also if subscriber does not want to receive advertisement should announce to Irancell.
Also sending anti national security mms, sending others privacy information, sending messages with virus, mal wares, lurid and threatening messages are forbidden.
