Private telecom bureaus render services free of charge

All Mobile Company of Iran services are printed on the subscriber’s phone bill if they are chargeable, otherwise they are free.
In case a mobile phone subscription contract is lost or stolen, the subscriber should contact an MCI bureau to prevent the document from being counterfeited by completing appropriate application forms.
Subscribers are urged to keep their mobile phone’s serial-no and password to themselves and not to disclose them to others so as to prevent any subsequent complications.
