Third operator tender manager against announcing buyers` names

“If third operator tender documents buyers names are published, the applicants most likely will ruin one anothers credentials,” Saeed Mahdiun said.
“According to telecommunication ministrys regulatory body third mobile phone operator should have at least two million subscribers abroad as conditions for its operation,” he said.
Radio Communication and Regulation Organization is the telecommunication ministrys regulatory body which issues license and set operation standards.
“It was previously decided that third mobile phone operator should have five million subscribers abroad, but regulation organization decreased it to two million to make competition atmosphere,” he added.
“Since 3G penetration rate is nil third operator market is intact. Irancell experience shows that third operator can achieve a proper market,” Mahdiun said. 
Third operator license duration is 15 years so it is predicted that it will have 17 million subscribers.
Operators initial capital is predicted 300 million Euros.
