MCI subscribers sent 200 million sms on Eid al-Fitr festivity

Previously sms sending record was in Nowrouz eve on 20 March that MCI subscribers had sent 190 million sms.
According to this report, 202,703,815 sms were transmitted in MCI network on 1st October ought of which 81.14 percent or 164,473,876 sms have been sent successfully.
Meanwhile 69.5 percent of sent sms or 140,879,152 sms were transmitted in Persian language font and 30.5 percent or 61,824,664 sms were transmitted in non-Persian language font.
According to the subscribers, transmitting sms on al-Fitr eve faced with problems, so that they had to send one sms several times.
Previously authorities have said that MCI network sms centers are ready for transmitting sms on al-Fitr eve.
