Telecommunication annual meeting is prerequisite for selling off its shares

“It was planned that Iran Telecommunication Companys annual meeting for previous Iranian fiscal year was to be held in June-July 2008 but it did not because companys finance system was not ready,” Tehran bourse company managing director Ali Rahmani told Mobna news agency.
“This lead to telecommunications another five percent shares not being sold off in Tehran bourse,” he said.
“Iran Telecommunication Company should reinforce its internal control system and finance system in order to hold its annual meetings on time,” he added.
Iran Telecommunication Company compromises of 32 sub-companies.
Mobile Company of Iran is one of them which is profitable.
