First operator to purchase 50M prepaid sim card charge cards through tender

Those who wish to participate in the tender should report to Mobile Company of Irans sales department by October 8.
They are required to pay 100,000 rials (10 dollars) to Mobile Company of Irans account at Pardis branch of Bank Melli to receive tender documents.
They are then required to submit the completed signed and sealed document to the same office by 1500 on October 18.
All tender documents will be reviewed by Mobile Company of Irans Transaction Committee.
The tender participation assurance sum is one billion rials (105,000 dollars) in the form of LC or cash as described in tender document.
