Mobile phone users` rights not respected: an expert

“Consumers are not aware of their legal rights, of mobile sets quality and of actual prices. Therefore any reasonable advertisements can guide them to buy the correct commodities,” a university professor Mohammadali Behkish told Mobna news agency.
“Currently the society is seeking more consumer products than before, since there are modifications in industrial technologies including mobile sets,” he said.
“In other words nowadays advertisement networks have developed dramatically and variety of commodities and mobile phone services are attracting the consumers,” he said.
“In this situation the domestic made mobile sets which lack the needed technology and the poor foreign made ones have filled the market, consumers health are being threatened because of their lack of knowledge regarding the hazards these sets produce,” Behkish reminded.
“Although there are some laws to confront these injustices, but they are difficult to reach for consumers so they ignore to complain,” he added.
