Telecommunication Ministry should be more active: expert

“Last year was the worst year in terms of internet bandwidth, and the ministry’s slow progress this year has not only failed to improve the matter but, it seems, it has made it worse,” Mansour Kamal-Nia told Mobna news agency.
“The ministry officials insist the existing bandwidth is quite sufficient but I believe this is evading their responsibilities.” he added.
He said that unsuccessful internet connections show that the current bandwidth is not enough and should be improved.
He said the condition has worsened in the past few days and caused problem even for banks.
He stressed the current internet condition is only good for internet chatting, and the situation is even worse in provincial cities.
