Mobile phone operators` sim cards lack quality: an expert

“Telecommunication ministry should pay more attention to mobile phone network quality and allow the private sector to increase penetration rate instead of controlling this task,” Mohammad Pourtavakol told Mobna news agency.
 “Selling sim cards by the government while private sector is active in the field does not fit the definition of privatization,” he added.
“Third mobile phone operator soon will enter Irans market therefore telecommunication officials should pay attention to the failure of the first and second operators in fulfilling their commitments,” he said.
