Sms transmission capacity grown from two to 40 million in past three years

“Mobile phone penetration rate in previous government was 6.6 percent and now this rate is 48 percent,” Mohammad Soleimani said.
Government of former president Mohammad Khatami was from 1997 until 2005.
“Also in the previous government 11 million mobile phone and landline phone numbers have been sold to the subscribers but in government of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad 41 million landline and mobile phone numbers have been sold,” he added.
“In addition internet penetration rate previous government was six percent and in new government has grown to 24 percent,” Soleimani added.
