۵۰ percent of telecommunication shares must be sold off in bourse: an expert

“Economic experts believe that selling off 50 percent of telecommunication shares is the only factor that can extend investment in bourse. This is valuable for the private sector economic,” Bijan Safavi told Mobna news agency.
“In current situation telecommunications ministry has sold off five percent of telecommunication shares in bourse, but half of shares will be sold off soon,” he said.
“Radio Communication and Regulation Organization should control assignment of operators certification, determining services fee, operators relations to compete fairly and setting service regulation,” he added.     
“Currently third nationwide mobile phone operator is coming to Iranian market. This could be seen as a warning for the first and second operators that need to develop their service quality,” Safavi said.
