During the government of President Mahmaoud Ahmadinejad the number of countries in roaming link with MCI has increased from 58 to 102 countries, an MCI report said
MCI subscribers are now able to connect to 229 foreign operators.
MCI’s roaming link started with three countries in 2001 increasing to 5, 7 and 30 in the years 2002, 2003 and 2004 respectively.
The number of operators in roaming contract with TCI by Mar 21 was 210 operators in 100 countries whereas in the preceding year it was 160 operators from 78 countries.
