State telecom companies structure must be commercially-oriented: expert

“Another problem is designing a trade system for state companies, so far in state telecommunication companies the capital turnover issue and its profitability were not considered,” an economic expert Nasrollah Movahedi told Mobna news agency.
“In these companies choosing services went without taking into consideration the economic problems and just concentrated on technologic aspects,” he added.
“In other side for completely achieving the desired privatization programs and creating a competitive market, state companies should be administered such as private companies,” he said.
“The important issue is that data providers, mobile phone and infrastructure companies exist in order to pass from state structure to the competitive structure,” Movahedi explained.
