Pars ComTel still Sony-Ericsson’s authorized distributor: company

“Recently, there have been rumors in the mobile market that Pars ComTel has ceased its activity regarding the sale of Sony Ericsson mobile sets,” The managing director of Pars ComTel Hussein Payandeh told Mobna news agency.
“The rumors originated from a Sony-Ericsson newspaper advertisement which had made no reference to Pars ComTel,” he said.
He stressed, however, that the company is as active as before in the distribution of Sony-Ericsson and Motorola mobile sets.
“Most authorized distributors, including Pars ComTel, are awaiting a cut in import tariff since they believe it will help boost their trade,” he continued.
Pars ComTel, Citadel Telecom, Pars Nikatel and Namdaran are among companies who are Sony-Ericsson’s authorized agents in Iran.
