Foreign consultant selection for third nation-wide operator in final stages: project manager

“With the selection of one company from the three available companies the selection has reached its final stages,” Saeid  Mahdiun told Mobna news agency.

Kamal Mohamedpour announced that the tender documents were ready and the date would be announced shortly.
Third nation-wide operator is regarded as a potential rival to existing operators, which will inevitably lead to lower costs and improved services in the mobile phone sector, but, most importantly, the introduction of 3G technology by third nation wide operator.
