After-sale service by authorized mobile set companies still unsatisfactory: market insider

“The 35 percent reduction in mobile set import tariff has not improved authorized importers’ after-sale service, causing prospective buyers to go for sets without valid guarantees,” Ahmad Moradi told Mobna news agency.
“In many developed countries, such distributors compete to attract more customers by providing better after-sale services, while in this country the term guarantee has not found its true meaning,” he added.
He pointed out that another reason why prospective buyers go for items without guarantees is the significant price difference between the two which ultimately works out to buyers disadvantage.
