Motorola mobile sets to gain 20 percent of Iran market share: national distributor

Fakoor International Tehran Engineering Company (Fitco) is distributor of Motorola and Pantech mobile sets in Iran.   
“The company will import more new Motorola models such as A1600, A1800 and ZN5 with official warranty to increase our activities,” Fitco sale manager Mosen Mehr Pajoohan told Mobna news agency.
“Currently there are 20 models of Motorola C series phones in the market. They are cheap ones with the price range between 300,000 to 400,000 rials (31 to 41 dollars),” he said.
“In near future Motorola W series will replace the C series,” he added.
The American company Motorola ranked third in world mobile phone market in second quarter of 2008.
