Morning till afternoon and early evening sms transmission`s peak: mobile company

“Those are the periods when MCI subscribers send highest number of sms,” Mohammad-Hussein Fallah Asghari told Mobna news agency.
“Despite the traffic in sms transmission in those periods, MCI subscribers can send their sms with ease,” he added.   
He said the early hours of the mornings are the period with the least number of sms, but did not mention any specific time for sms subscribers to sent sms.
“If the mobile set is not off or the caller is not out of reach of reception zone or no technical problems are occurring, then sms should reach their destinations with no difficulty,” Asghari.
However, he suggested that mobile phone operators refrain from mass transmission of sms in busy periods and use off-peak hours instead.
MCI subscribers transmit around 50 million sms daily.
