Sms fee change conveyed to private operators: official

The Radio Communication & Regulations Organization, the ministrys regulatory body announced that fee change has been conveyed to private operators and they should implement the new decision with respect to their licenses and after approval by the regulatory body.
Irancells license, however, allows it to raise its fees to 20 per cent above other operators to the regulatory body for approval.
