Mobile phone waves harmful to those with implanted electronic devices

Gholam-Reza Edalati, in conversation with MOBNA, stressed that non-adherence to hygienic and safety limits of modern technologies, such as mobile phone, could endanger human safety, adding that a mobile phone, when in use, produces a strong magnetic field around the human body which could adversely affect their safety.
He suggested that mobile phone users avoid long conversations with the phone.
He also suggested that such users keep the device away from them during sleep.
Although experts have repeatedly warned against prolong use of mobile phones, some users, however, ignore the warning and instead object to BTS antennas being erected in their vicinity, which is far less harmful and has prevented mobile phone operators from installing them in some residential areas.
