Site-Sharing members’ BTS allocations unknown – says 1st Hamraah deputy

each member of Time-Sharing has not been established.
Hassan Razavi, in conversation with MOBNA and in answer to the question: “Are BTS sites to be allocated to each Time-Sharing member defined?” replied “No and each member now launches its own BTS antenna as it finds fit.”
He indicated that each member, with respect to the volume of traffic in various areas of Tehran, works out its own need for BTS antennas.
Site-Sharing, in an effort to establish optimum BTS sites in Tehran has employed domestic & foreign consultants, whose findings, if approved, will constitute “Regulations on shared BTS sites” handbook.
Site-Sharing Co was established by Tehran Municipality Telecom Department, Ministry of Information & Communication Technology and present mobile phone operators in an effort to establish optimum BTS sites for the mobile phone network in Tehran.
