۱st Hamraah charge card tender winner announced soon

charge card tender has been held and the winner will be announced within the coming month.
Alishahi, in conversation with MOBNA, said the tender was held to purchase 20m Hamrah-e Avval prepaid SIM card charge cards to offset its present market shortage.
He said the winner of last tender, held for the same purpose, was Rassam-Negar-e Javid, who presented 24m charge cards on the market.
Currently, due to the shortage of such cards, they are sold above their authorized price but MTC has advised its subscribers to obtain them from Post Office branches or telecom service bureaus.
There are now 10m subscribers of MTC prepaid SIM cards.
