۱۰m raw SIM card tender winner announced by week’s end

۱۰m raw SIM card tender will be declared by the end of this week.
Alishahi, in conversation with MOBNA, indicated that the in the last 1st Hamraah such tender Emaad Semiconductors was the winner and is in the process of delivering the items.
He referred to the general invitation by 1st Operator for the purchase of raw SIM cards and indicated that there is no raw SIM card manufacturer in the country as it requires advanced technology and so domestic manufacturers were unable to participate in the tender.
He said the tender has been repeated 3 times since such manufacturers are too few and therefore the tender had to be repeated.
Because of shortages, there used to be delays in the delivery of 1st Hamraah raw SIM cards, but it is now normal.
