Telecom small shares in Bourse on June 11

Saaber Feizi, in conversation with MOBNA, indicated that Privatization Organization has announced the shares will be on sale for price determination purposes.
He added that the date for the sale of Telecom’s remaining shares will be announced by the PO in due course, as Telecom have fulfilled all their obligations in that respect.
According to Item 3 of Article 44 of the Constitution, shares of 32 telecom companies were due to have been sold to private sector by last March 20 but the event  was postponed because of Telecom’s lack of license, as required by the PO.
Absence of 1st Operator framework, however, was another reason for the delay.
The license has since been issued and submitted to the PO.
