۳rd Operator tender documents finalization to pinpoint consultants

Affairs deputy announced once the 3rd Operator tender documents are finalized its foreign consultants will be known.
Kamaal Mohamedpour, in conversation with MOBNA, said the capabilities of each foreign operator have been assessed and consultants will be identified as soon as tender documents are finalized.
He indicated, however, that selection of consultants is not through tender but by the winning operator.
Such consultants are required to assess proposals, allocate priorities to options stated in tender documents and select the winner.
The 3rd Operator is expected to employ 3G mobile phone technology.
