SMS tariff from landline to mobile phone, 2 pulses

 decision, the tariff of landline to mobile phone SMS will be the equivalent of 2 pulses of the landline phone.
With the launch of the new service, users of landline phones will be charged the equivalent of one pulse for landline to landline, and equivalent of 2 pulses for landline to mobile phone.
SMS transmission from landline phones is not similar to that of mobile phones which takes into account the number of characters transmitted.
A landline phone pulse is currently charged 7.44 Rial.
The minister of Information & Communication Technology had earlier announced establishment of such service this year.
The service, according to the minister, will be launched following two years of research, with domestic technology and domestic management.
