Ahmad Sadeghi, in conversation with MOBNA, predicted the 3rd Operator tender will be the telecom sector’s highest concern next year.
He indicated the 2.75G and 3G mobile phone technologies, deployed by the 3rd Operator, will enable users to employ the services via computer, internet network or landline phone.
He stressed optimal use of IN networks and satellite telecommunications are among the main advantages of such technologies.
He believed government subsidies to domestic companies could boost their participation in the 3rd Operator project.
