“۱۳۹ villages and 7,558 kilometers of roads are under Second Operator network coverage,” Hasan Rezvani told Mobna news agency.
“According to the latest operation report, which the operator has offered to RCRO, the operator has 12,404,614 active subscribers,” he said.
“MTN-IranCell has fulfilled all of its license obligations,” he added.
He had said earlier that the foreign-Iranian operator MTN-IranCell has delayed in paying the government its annual franchise fee.
According to IranCell license, the operator should pay 20 percent of its revenue annually to the Treasury.
