Second Post Operator license principles approved

“Second Post Operator tender documents are being prepared by RCRO commission and the tender announcement will be issued soon,” an RCRO spokesman said.
“According to the approved license principles, two operators will be selected as private Post operators,” he said.
In the Fourth Economic Development Plan it was proposed that Second Post Operator started operation to compete with Post Office.
