No news on Comprehensive Telecommunication Bill

Information and Communication Technology minister, Mohamamd Soleimani, announced last year that all of the Fourth Economic Development Plan (2005-2010) goals had been achieved and the Comprehensive Telecommunication bill was being prepared.
But the bill has not been presented by the President Ahmadinejad government and, at the same time, MPs are not reviewing ICT ministry duties bill until ICT’s bill is presented to Parliament.
Preparation of ICT bill is vital because today telecommunication industry is a global need and information technology cannot work without it.
