Negotiation with foreign brands to produce common mobile has ceased

“The negotiation has reached a deadlock and the project has been abandoned,” Ahmad Rozati told Mobna news agency.
“Such foreign companies had asked for guarantees to produce common mobile sets but such guarantees were not possible,” he added.  
“Regarding current mobile market situation and mobile set’s slow production process, domestic mobile companies could produce mobile sets more easily if they were financially protected,” he said.
Head of mobile set manufacturers union had said earlier that the union was in negotiation with manufacturers of five well-known brands to produce common mobile sets.
