Information and Communication Technology minister Mohammad Soleymani had earlier announced that Third Operator sim cards would be offered in the summer of 2009.
However, Third Operator tender did not reach its desired conclusion and the winner and runner-up were both defeated.
Government in this year’s Budget has assumed 300 million euros income from Third Operator license but it remains vague and some experts believe that the issue will resolve in near future.
ICT minister had said that with Third Operator starting operation its sim card would be so cheap as free.
