Mobile phone network should use latest technologies – former ICT deputy

“Continuous busy tones, irrelevant warnings by different operators, frequent cross-lines that have been occurring in recent weeks are instances most mobile users are all too familiar with,” Massoud Shifiee told Mobna news agency.
“Mobile phone is now a vital part of everyday life of citizens and any disturbance in the network can be damaging to a lot of mobile phone users,” he said.
He thought part of the problem lay in the fact that those in charge of procuring equipment used in the network, generally from China, were not properly trained to look for the right equipment and they needed proper training.
