Consumers pay little attention to mobile warranties

“However, poor after-sale service by authorized retailers account for the preference,” a mobile market source said.
“Some retailers even produce fake warranties in order to sell their mobiles under famous brand names,” Ebrahim Dorosti, head of audio/video equipment and accessories retailers’ association, told Mobna news agency.
