Third Operator contract finalized

Speaking on Channel 1 TV program last night, Reza Taghipour said they had tried to adopt an alternative way to re-holding a tender following dismissal of Third Operator tender winner but that would have been time-consuming.
Hinting at the sale of Telecommunication Company of Iran shares on bourse, he said the telecom privatization in the United Kingdom took six years to complete whereas in Iran it took place in 18 months.
