Consumer complaint reduction following original after-sale warranties

“Most authorized mobile retailers have been naming sets with genuine warranties as against counterfeit ones for the past five months and that action has greatly reduced complaints by consumers,” Ali Sharabiani told Mobna news agency.
He said most complaints were about used mobiles sold as new or counterfeit sets sold as famous brands.
Sharabiani had recently warned that retailers with more than one complaint against them would be closed down according to law.
