No need for foreign partners in TCI: Mobin Etemad managing director

“There have been negotiations with some foreign companies over partnership but no decision has been reached,” Soleimanpour told Mobna news agency.
He said transfer of technology did not necessarily come through partnership but could be achieved through consultants or other means.
He also said that, based on a contract between Mobin Etemad consortium and the Privatization Organization, the consortium had to pay another 4,900 billion rials as second installment six months after the payment of first installment.
