“The interconnection issue between the operators is in its final stages and some agreements have been reached,” Saber Feizi told Mobna news agency.
“Following the agreement, TCI has paid part of its debt to the Iranian-foreign operator IranCell-MTN and the remaining sum will be paid in full later,” he said.
According to Second Operator license, 9 months after the operator had started operation an agreement would be signed between IranCell and TCI by which for every per minute call from landline phone to IranCell 80 rials would be paid to IranCell and 350 rials to TCI.
Also for per minute call from Mobile Company of Iran to Second Operator or vice versa, 350 rials would be paid to both sides equally.
