“CMS software for management of judiciary dossiers has been launched in most courts and judiciary branches and will cover the remaining court branches soon,” Bardia Sadr Noori told Mobna news agency.
“There are around 8,500 judiciary courts in the country of which only 15% have not been computerized because of inadequate infrastructure and telecommunication facilities,” he said.
Offer of electronic services to people, dossier information via website and decree notifications are among project’s facilities.
An estimated 50% of public references to courts are for gaining information on their dossiers.
By using the judiciary dossier management system, submission of bills, lawsuits and complaints will be possible via the internet and that will cut on unnecessary trips.
